By accessing our website or using our platform, you agree to these terms. If you are using the service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

MilkenLabs provides a CCTV intelligence layer that analyzes video from cameras operators already run and produces security, HSE, and operations events, insights, and compliance records. Our website provides information about the service and a way to request a demo.

When you request a demo, you agree to provide accurate information. We will use your details to contact you about a potential engagement, as described in our Privacy Policy.

If you deploy MilkenLabs against your cameras, you are responsible for ensuring you have a lawful basis to monitor your sites, for providing any required notices to workers and visitors, and for obtaining any consent needed for monitoring and, where enabled, facial recognition. You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of the data and camera feeds you connect to the service.

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any regulation.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service or its systems.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the service.
• Reverse engineer or copy the service except as permitted by law.

MilkenLabs is a decision-support tool that helps surface risk earlier. It does not replace human judgment, trained supervision, site safety procedures, or an operator’s regulatory obligations. No automated system detects every event, and the service should be used as one part of a broader safety program, not as a sole safeguard.

The website, platform, and all related software, models, and content are owned by MilkenLabs or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. These terms do not grant you any rights in our intellectual property except the limited right to use the service as intended.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the website is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, MilkenLabs will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits or revenues, arising from your use of the website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law. Liability arising from a customer’s production deployment is governed by the separate written agreement for that deployment.

We may modify the website, the service, or these terms from time to time. When we change these terms we will update the “Last updated” date above. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the revised terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which MilkenLabs is established, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
